A curious community of fate is on the brink of the abyss! Their shrill fairground machine gives up the ghost after a surprise sabotage, catapulting the crew from one absurd scene to the next, in which the six protagonists are confronted with their intimate relationship to the apocalypse: Destruction - hunger - disease - war - death. Clichés are overturned, plastic is eaten, entrails gush out, mass consumption is sung at the top of one's voice, silence is praised. The audience watches in amazement as a possible end of the world - the 'après nous le déluge' - is played to the rhythm of colourful raw calypso music. |
